MASTERY of our THREE ENERGY FIELDS

1.  Your Remote Field - or the Distant Energy System

This is the field most distant from you.  It involves events taking place in the world, over which you have little or no control.  War is one example.  Hurricane disasters are another.  Even though you are not directly involved in that field, you are impacted by it.  When you let the negative aspects of the remote field consume you, it's like bringing a war or a natural disaster into your home.  You can lose your own energy and become lost, anxious and on edge.  If you have the expertise to contribute, then offer help or make suggestions to the applicable groups quickly. 

Or you may like to donate money or time or energy to organizations like Oxfam, who can have assistance in the field readily and where most of their money goes directly to the communities in need!  Decide on a plan of action and what you can realistically do, then send them a donation, plus your prayers or positive energy. That is the limit of your involvement.

A key point to remember:   What I see on television or the internet is in my Remote Field, it is not my Personal Field of energy. 

Our culture has a tendency to direct our focus to this  remote field.  In school your studies were mostly about the remote field, or things that are far away from you.  The daily news bombards you with information about war, the ups and downs of the stock market, crime, accidents and danger.   By allowing yourself to be affected by this invasion from the remote field, you become victimized by events that are random and largely out of your control.  To keep your energy alive in this field, turn off the fear programming on TV.  (The channel changer on the remote is your best friend.)  

Instead tune into positive programmes and messages.   Read publications or web-sites that offer a balanced coverage and do not play on sensationalism or use shock-jocks  who appeal to the lowest common denominator. This doesn't mean ignoring what is going on - it is simply a way to keep from being consumed by the negativity.  Say to yourself:  “Is this furthering me?   What can I do in practical sense?”   You may be surprised that there are some positive steps you can take.   For example, send an email to a television or radio or internet outlet, asking them to show a particular angle you feel would truly inform the viewer, rather than just scare or excite them.   Your suggestions are as valid as any others.


2.  Your Near Field - the Environmental Energy System

The near field is your environment - your home, family, neighbourhood,  office and community.  It is the field of energy that your personal energy field interacts with daily.  This is your support field.  You can't completely control this field, however you do have strong influence over it.  You can best affect this field by intentionally and consciously choosing your friends, partners and immediate surroundings.

(This reflects your self-worth.)   To keep your energy alive in this field,  ask yourself:  “Does my environment enhance my life?  Do I feel soothed when I walk into my home or office?  Do my friends, partners, neighbours support me?  Is there an equal energy-exchange?   And the best questions of all:  Does this person or situation bring me joy?   Does this bring me peace? “  If the answers to any of these questions is NO, take the first step to change and modify your situation. 

If your home is cluttered and messy, begin to de-clutter it.  If friends are draining your energy, re-evaluate the friendship, or let them know how they can be more supportive of you.  Set your intention for what you want in your near field, and commit to it being the way you want it.  You can say to yourself “Where is the right boundary line for me?   How much, or in what way am I meant to participate?   Is there a mutual energy-exchange?”  Is there shared admiration or mutual respect in this relationship?   What would be a balanced amount of time, energy or money to spend in this case?”


3. Your Personal Field - the Human Energy System

The primary tool to achieving your life's destiny is to hold your personal energy field steadily in all circumstances.  This field is your health, your thoughts, your nutrition, your sleep and your spirit.  When feeling the negative energy from the remote or near fields, ask yourself:   “What good will it do if I am only consumed by anger, fear and despair?  Is there a more positive step I could take”.   I remember hearing Mikhail Gorbachev saying that he decided to really do something about M.A.D. (Mutual Assured Destruction) when a child sent him a letter saying ‘please don’t let them kill me in a nuclear war, I haven't finished at my school yet’.   That child changed the world by writing to an enlightened person.  Therefore, what could you do?

To keep your own energy high during difficult times, concentrate on what you love.  It also helps to create a personal prayer or mantra or intention to stay strong and to focus on solutions rather than fear.  You can listen to beautiful music, maintain regular exercise, eat healthy food, and practice self-nourishment.  Above all, remind yourself to send out as much positive energy as possible, in order to counteract all the negativity in the remote field.
