How do I get the Psychic of my choice?
If you are paying via credit card, just ask the manager when you phone and she will advise you which psychics are currently on shift.
If you are using the 1902/0900 number, you will need to enter your preferred psychic's 5 digit access code. If you haven't got this number, call our customer care number (1300 850 196 in Australia or 0800 934 733 in New Zealand).
If you are calling from other countries, please call +61 266 53 6023, remember there will be time differences if you are calling from outside New South Wales, Australia. Please check your psychic's work times here. Sometimes your preferred psychic will be on another call, but if you call our customer care number, you can book a call with your fave psychic!
